The location and elevation of your property are incredibly important. It will help us determine what type of foundation your house will require. Once the plans have been approved by an engineer, and the lot purchased and inspected, then an accurate estimate can be assembled. We will provide you with a detailed, transparent price quote to construct your house. After fine tuning the details on your specific requirements, we will submit the proposal to you for approval. Once it is approved we will move to contract, obtain permits, and construction on your new home officially BEGINS……
Once construction begins on your property, it will quickly transform into a home site. There will be material and equipment staging areas to increase efficiency. We will provide a 24/7 video feed of the site for security and assurance. Our Texas Best Coast team likes to communicate with the homeowner. We’re proud of our quality and efficiency, and like to keep you in the process. Constructing a house has a multitude of moving parts. Some days there will be 20 crew members working on site, while other days it will look like nothing is happening. This is the final step before you move in to your new home. We want to walk the near- completed house with you on several occasions. We want to create a list of items to closeout to your specifications. We dial-in and fine tune your new house for your needs.
